R Courier provides regular parcel delivery in addition to specializing in medical courier

Yes. R Courier is fully licensed under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification.

Yes. R Courier is licensed under TDG Radioactive 7 and can transport Class 7 radioactive goods.

Yes. R Courier provides clients with a secure online login to track their shipments in real time.

Established account holders can contact our office directly to request proof of delivery
(POD) information.

You can note this request in the comments when placing your order online, or speak directly with a dispatcher, who will add the instruction to your order.

Yes. Contact our head office to request that delivery issues be emailed to you, and we’ll activate this option on your account.

Our dispatcher will contact the pickup contact to advise of the situation and confirm whether the parcel should be left without a signature or redelivered at a later time.

Clients with online access can log into their account and view proof of delivery in the reports section.

Clients with online access can log into their account and locate previous tracking numbers in the reports section.

All deliveries require a signature unless other instructions are provided (for example, to leave  the parcel at a mailbox or door). If alternate instructions are given, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment.

  •  Select “Place an Order” from the top menu
  • Enter your account number, web ID, and password
  • Enter your order details
  •  Enter the code number or complete address (code numbers are street numbers)
  • Select continue to generate your confirmation number
  • Select “ETA Board Login” from the top menu
  • Enter your account number, web ID, and password
  • Access your ETA Board

Once logged in:
  • ETA shows your expected time of delivery, and Revised ETA shows the GPS-estimated time of delivery
  • Each pickup is shown as In Progress, Pending, or Completed
  • Your ETA Board can be customized to match your brand
  • Track deliveries directly through the routing board
  • Select Reports to choose a date range and review all previous orders

  • ETA is the expected time of delivery
  • Revised ETA is the GPS estimated time of delivery
  • 3 pick up Statuses In Progress, Pending and Completed

5. Reports: click on reports on your ETA board and you can select date range and review all your previous orders.
