No Mechanical Breakdowns
R Courier goes to extreme lengths to ensure every vehicle in our fleet is well-serviced and maintained to avoid the chances of a breakdown during the delivery. After all, every vehicle needs upkeep after months or years of wear and tear.
We regularly check to ensure our vehicles are in good repair and always keep an extra vehicle on stand-by in case the first one has an issue on the road. Any car troubles can slow down the delivery process, causing any ETA to become inaccurate.

Technology can provide some pretty incredible services, like GPS systems users can track in real-time. However, sometimes, technology fails, and we’re always prepared for any eventuality.
All our drivers have radios in addition to digital communication devices. They also carry digital printouts of the route, greatly minimizing any chance of an error. The combination of high- and low-tech equipment gives every driver the best chance of success, and that’s what accuracy is all about.
Reliability
Medical equipment is often time-sensitive, but people’s idea of “rush” can vary considerably. No matter the package’s urgency, we can transport it at that speed.
For example, our regular packages ship before 5 pm. A package labelled “rush” is shipped within 3-4 hours, depending on delivery zones, and assuming the call was placed before 1 pm. “Direct” packages get delivered within 1.5-2 hours, while “urgent” packages are sent in a non-stop fashion.
“Overnight” packages will be delivered by the next day. We handle all medical deliveries in Southwestern Ontario at whatever speed is required.
