When we began operations out of Toronto in 1991, our goal was to provide the most reliable and cost-efficient medical courier services in the country. We were also in the thick of it when Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) reached our shores in 2003. At the time, 251 people were infected with SARS in Canada, with Toronto being the epicentre. The medical community learned many lessons from that outbreak that help us today.
The experience we gained from the SARS outbreak helps our team today. Perhaps that’s why we have been trusted by organizations like Public Health Ottawa and Toronto to transport COVID-19 test samples and COVID-19 vaccines.
Delivering Test Samples
With the timely delivery of COVID-19 test samples, professionals have been able to quickly determine test results and inform members of the public about their viral status. People with positive COVID-19 results have then quarantined to avoid spreading the infection and notified anyone that they’ve come in contact with to self-isolate or seek testing. And, while not as essential, people with negative results have gotten some relief that they were officially infection-free.
Of course, our reliable medical couriers are licensed to transport all types of potentially dangerous goods, such as medical parcels that contain infectious samples. In addition, our fully licensed couriers can transport Class 7 Radioactive goods.
Our ETA board is an excellent tool for our clients to save time. It’s also a first in Canada. You don’t have to call us for inquires if you don’t want to. Instead, you can simply log in and find all the relevant information at your fingertips, including pickup times, delivery times, and the volume of packages. Reports can also be downloaded to plan future orders. Aside from time, our ETA Board saves you money, too, as you maximize efficiency.

Use your account number, Web ID, and password to enter to log into your account.
If you don’t have an account, click the Register button to register your company.
To register electronically, fill out the form or print a copy of the Fax Registration Form and send it to R Courier at 416.633.7764. For further help, please call our Account Manager at 416.633.8183.
We can provide you with a detailed report of delivery and address upon request, thanks to our state-of-the-art GPS system. Customers that place higher order volumes have direct access to this system via web login and can track the couriers at any time or day.
As a client, you can track your delivery anytime using the Track Order page on our website. Simply enter the order number to see all the pertinent information, including the number of bags, supplies, or boxes collected from your locations. With trackable orders — you can stay on top of your delivery at any hour of the day.
Mobile Signature Technology
We also use mobile signature technology to maintain security and safety at drop-off. If you’d rather receive your package without mobile signature capture, then simply call our dispatch, and they’ll leave a message for the courier. Our courier will follow your instructions and leave your package at your mailbox or door, though we don’t hold responsibility for packages delivered this way.
