When it comes to medical delivery, one size doesn’t necessarily fit all. That’s why we offer a number of levels of service packages:
- Regular: Packages will be delivered before 5:00 PM (order must be placed by 11:30 AM)
- Rush: Packages will be delivered within 3 to 4 hours* (order must be placed by 1:00 PM)
- Direct: Packages will be delivered within 1.5 to 2 hours*
- Urgent: Packages will be delivered ASAP without stoppages (subject to service availability)
- Overnight: Package will be delivered next day (order must be placed by 4:00 PM)
*Subject to pick up and delivery zones.
We also offer a wide variety of vehicles types for our customers to choose from. For instance, a small envelope can be delivered in a small car, but larger deliveries like skids or crates may require a large truck or tractor-trailer.
