Our state-of-the-art GPS system provides you with highly accurate delivery and address reports on request for your peace of mind. You can use our system to check the number of parcels picked up from your location and quickly contact a courier directly to resolve any issues. Don’t worry — our couriers are friendly, professional, equipped with the latest safety gear, trained to use their equipment, and trained to follow physical distancing protocols for everyone’s safety.

If you’d rather receive your package without mobile signature capture, then simply call our dispatch, and they’ll leave a note for the courier. Our courier will follow your instructions and leave your package at your mailbox or door, though we don’t hold responsibility for packages delivered this way.

However, we are completely computerized. Our drivers are equipped with radio and digital communication devices. The chances of an error are exceptionally low because our couriers are trained to communicate and use digital printouts.

Invoices & Billings

For your convenience and safety, you can access all your invoices through our platform. You can also receive your invoices to suit your schedule. For example, we can send your invoices bi-weekly or monthly. We can also send invoices with a complete electronic layout.
