Our ETA board is a password-secured page that shows you your orders, driver information, invoices, delay notices, etc., to help you stay on top of your parcel. Our ETA board offers minute-by-minute updates to help you improve your task management as a busy medical professional.
Our state-of-the-art GPS system provides you with highly accurate delivery and address reports on request for your peace of mind. With it, you can track your order in real time without fuss. You can use our system to check the number of parcels picked up from your location and quickly contact a courier directly to resolve any issues.
Online Order Placement
Our robust online order system allows you to place orders conveniently and safely from your office without risking your health during this second spell of COVID-19. It’s easy to use our online system. Simply click the Place Online Order button at the top of the website and follow the instructions.
You’ll need your account number, Web ID, and password to proceed. If you need to register, have your company name, address, email, phone number, a couple of references, and payment and billing preferences handy.
For your convenience and safety, you can access all your invoices through our platform. You can also receive your invoices to suit your schedule. For example, we can send your invoices bi-weekly or monthly. We can also send invoices with a complete electronic layout.
You can make payments online through the web or direct deposit. Alternatively, if you prefer the old-fashioned way, you can pay by bank wire or a cheque.
